WHERE GOLD MEETS SMART CAPITAL
SigraFi operates at the intersection of gold production, private credit, and onchain capital markets
SigraFi® Ltd is a UK-registered and headquartered non-bank financial company established to address the limited access to credit faced by Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprise (MSME) gold producers seeking growth CAPEX. It provides secured loans to semi-refined gold (doré) producers to scale production. It does not finance start-ups or exploration.
In return, SigraFi receives a fixed-term unrefined gold supply (known as dorĆ©) agreement at a fixed percentage discount to the LBMA gold spot price. This discount functions as an alternative to charging interest on the loans, which are repaid at the end of the term. The dorĆ© is refined into 24ct gold bullion and sold to SigraFiās contracted offtakers, generating profit on sales.
The Golden Gap: Of the $550bn+ value of annual global gold demand (2025), an estimated $100bn (20%) is produced by 100,000+ MSME gold-producing companies. These companies face a persistent CAPEX shortfall, conservatively estimated at $6.5bn annually, driven by limited access to formal credit, a high cost of capital, exploitative practices, and operational constraints. This is the āgolden gapā that SigraFi serves.
